The Redeem Wheel can be spun once every 10 hours. 
You can exchange 20, 40 or 100 cards at a time.  The rarity of the card (between 1-5 stars) will determine how many points the card is worth towards the Wheel (minimun of 20 points needed to spin the Wheel):

⭐ Card  = 1 Point
⭐⭐ Card  = 4 Points
⭐⭐⭐ Card  = 9 Points
⭐⭐⭐⭐ Card  = 16 Points
⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐Card  = 25 Points

For example, you can exchange 20 ⭐ Cards to get the 1st Redeem Wheel offered or 1 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Card and 1 ⭐⭐ Card (16 + 4 points = 20 points).
