If you feel that something's missing from your purchase or you have any other concerns, please let us know right away using the Contact Us button. We'll do everything we can to determine what happened and make you happy.
However, please note that we cannot provide any real money refunds. All purchases are handled and processed by the store you downloaded the app from. If you've decided to claim a refund for an accidental purchase, you will need to contact the store directly:
- Contact Apple using support.apple.com
- Contact Google Play by opening play.google.com/store/account, find your order, tap the menu button and select either "Request a refund" or "Report a problem"
Make sure to provide as much information as possible about your purchase when contacting our support or these stores. This includes transaction numbers or receipt IDs, purchase date and time, payment method used, and details of what you purchased.
