If you've received a disconnect error message like the one shown below, or your reels are spinning indefinitely, it means you've lost your connection to our servers.
What to do if you've been disconnected:
- Check if you can access other online games or web pages from your device.
- Try resetting your router or modem by unplugging it from power, waiting approximately 30 seconds, then plugging it back in.
- Try moving closer to your WiFi to get the best signal possible.
- If your game still doesn't connect, try playing the game on 4G / LTE. (but make sure you have enough data allowance!)

NOTE: If you see spinning reels due to a lost/slow connection, rest assured that the game is not actually using your Coins. It's impossible for spins to complete unless you are online and connected to the server, so your balance is not affected.
