You'll need a Facebook account connected to your Jackpot Planet account if you want to bring it over to a new device, or restore progress if you reset to factory settings. Otherwise, you'll find yourself at level 1 again - ouch!
 
If you've connected to Facebook previously, perform these steps once you've reinstalled the app:
  1. Launch Jackpot Planet
  2. Tap Menu
  3. Tap Facebook Login
  4. Type in your Facebook credentials
