Chests are special containers that you can pick up in Journey, buy, or get for free just by playing! Inside will be one or more random gifts for you to claim. Chests may contain coins, Diamonds, boosts, chat/emoji packs, and more!
Just by playing you can collect free Chests every hour from the Chests menu in the lobby. Tap the Chests button to claim your free Chest. Once you claim 4, you’ll receive another for free!
Open free Chests as soon as you can, because there's a limit to how much you can hold at a time. Turn on push notifications so that we can remind you whenever one is available.
In Journey, Chests will appear at various points between two games. When you complete one game and proceed to the next, you’ll be able to claim rewards from the glowing Chest.
We have three different tiers of Chests available.
The levels are as below:
0 - 499 - Bronze Chests
500 - 2499 - Silver Chests
2500 + - Gold Chests

Please note that once you reach a new level, the Chests that are currently in your inventory will be opened automatically, and their contents added to your balance; this ensures you are receiving Chests with content that aligns with your current level.
